We do not issue the refund under the following circumstances:
- Items that have been used or washed.
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
- Item with stains
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
1. Please be noted that only the listing price excluding shipping fees will be refunded.
2. Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original conditions within 1 week of delivery of items at their own expense through registered mails with an online delivery tracking number.
3. The refunds will be initiated within 1- 3 business days after we accept your return request.
*You can submit refund requests within one week after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
